In addition to regular field service for our products, we offer the following service choices:
- Service-via-Internet. All products are equipped with USB interface to the on-board microprocessor. Simply connect a local computer to the USB interface, and then connect the computer to the internet. We can then connect through the internet and service your product. This free service saves you time & money and enables us to quickly & conveniently diagnose any issue.
- Logfile download. If Service-via-Internet is not a viable option in your location, then you can simply download a logfile of the recent operational history to a local computer via the USB interface. The on-board system memory continually stores a recent record of the complete operational history. You can then email us the logfile for diagnosis. This free service saves you time & money and enables us to quickly & conveniently diagnose any issue.
